We drove from Footscray to Nunawading to check out Ecosa, and while we were in the area, we found Central Core Cafe on Google and decided to try it. 📍 The address is 196 Rooks Road, Vermont, VIC 3133.
The cafe is small, bright, and a little intimate, but it had a lovely vibe and was busy when we visited. The staff were amazing, and the prices were good too. ✨
I ordered the steak fried rice, and even though the steak was well done, I still liked it. We also had the chicken parmigiana, which was good, plus a hot chocolate I really enjoyed. 🍳☕
We also got a dirty matcha, and it was pretty bitter, so ask for extra syrup if you like it sweeter — the staff recommend that too. 🍵 If you’re in the area, it’s worth a stop.
