By day, I’m an IT professional, but in my heart, I’m a lifelong Muggle who never quite lost hope for a Hogwarts letter and a relentless dreamer with a passion for wandering.

Why blog?

I’ve had this space for a while now, though life often got in the way of regular updates. I’m finally shaking off the digital dust to get things moving again! My goal is to share the stories, sights, and experiences from the places that have shaped me: the beautiful islands of the Philippines, the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand, and my current chapter in Australia.

Why Bagdoy?

I chose the name Bagdoy for this journey—a beautiful term from my native Bisaya dialect in the Philippines that simply means “roaming” or “wandering.” It perfectly captures the essence of how I want to experience the world: curious, open, and always moving toward the next horizon. ✈️
